A very unusual vintage brooch in shades of purple and pink, shaped into flowers.
Not quite sure what flowers, thought they may be violets or pansy of a sort?
Some of the flower edges on this vintage enamelled brooch has the gold tone metal now showing, where the enamel has worn. Clearly seen in photographs. The metal looks to be a mix including copper.
Diamante crystal stones are set into a flower design to give a subtle effect - not too glittery, just a touch of sparkle. Ideal for both day and evening wear.
Would date this brooch from late 1950s to the 1960s and is well made. No markings or signature to the manufacturer unfortunately
The brooch has a ball and clasp fastening
Medium sized brooch measures about 4.5 cm across x 6 cm
