Vintage Cameo Curled Hair Lady Brooch

Early to mid twentieth century vintage cameo brooch

Cream curled hair ladies profile molded into a hollow plastic celluloid stone

This cameo profile can be found now occasionally with her curled hair and shoulder less dress

Floral corsage on her dresses shoulder strap all molded in a cream colour

The background is a treacle toffee red colour in glossy enamel

Set into a gold tone toothed ornate setting with a satin finish to the reverse.

Trombone clasp that is complete with the pull out cap end

Medium to larger in size vintage cameo brooch of approximately 33 x 40 mm

Condition good, some patination and greening to the reverse of the cameo brooch. Movement to stone noted in setting

Slightly different cameo profile found occasionally now in vintage and antique cameo jewellery.
