A very unusual brooch in the shape of a large tulip flower.
Vintage Tussie Mussie jewellery is now becoming rare
Encrusted with green and translucent diamante with a simulated pearl bead. All set in a gold tone metal with a ball & clasp fastening
Probably dates from the fifties to the sixties with the flower theme
This is no ordinary brooch but designed to hold a small spray of flowers. The top of the tulip is open and is bolted together to leave a small hole
Quite a focal or statement floral brooch.
Can be worn on its own or with a spray of small flowers
Measures about 65 x 15 mm
